Hi again!

Hey everyone! I know it's been months since the last time I posted. But we are alive and thriving! We haven't had any real bouts of jealousy or anything and I completely attribute that to the fact that we didn't go anywhere. I mean, it's not like I left for a couple days and then came home with the baby, he was right here the whole time so there was never really any adjustment because nothing really changed. He just loves her too, he asks me every day if he can hold her. And she just lights up when she sees him. He gets in her line of sight and she just grins and grins and reaches for him. I LOVE seeing them together!
Cadie is a super easy baby. After Victor I think I deserved one of those! She just hangs out, the only time she really starts to get fussy is when she's tired. I can count on 1 hand the number of times that she has cried, like REALLY cried and I couldn't calm her down right away. She does have a dairy intolerance though. She was spitting up SO much and we thought it was reflux but meds weren't helping and then she started getting really nasty poopy diapers, like green and mucousy. And once I started tracking what I was eating with Weight Watchers, I started noticing that it was whenever I had dairy products the day before she would spit up like the exorcist and be super gassy and have yucky poops all the next day. So, needless to say I am on a dairy-free diet. I wasn't eating that much to start with since I try to eat more plant-based anyway, but now I'm super watching it because even just eating a couple saltine crackers will give her a reaction. Even with all her spitting up she is still gaining weight just like her brother did and now at 3 months she weighs a whopping 16lbs! But hey, I've been doing WW for a month now and am down 9 lbs, and several inches. 6 more to hit Pre-Cadie weight and just 11 more to go to hit my 20 lb goal and then 35 after that to hit my real life goal! Woo! This past Wednesday Matt's paternal grandparents and Aunt Vicky were in town and spent the day with us. Big grandpa Vic is who Victor is named for. They are just the sweetest people alive and we are so glad we got to see them!
