Week 1
Just wanted to make a quick "Yay Me!" post. I started Weight Watchers last week. I'm not actually going to the meetings, but I had joined awhile back before our wedding so I still have all the books and counters and stuff so I just started up again on my own. We don't really have the money for me to throw away for someone else to weigh me each week, lol. So here's my moment, in 1 week I'm down 4.4 lbs!!! Yay Me! I'm so proud of myself cause I usually have such a hard time with diets, but this is really easy. I can basically eat whatever I want as long as I keep track of it. And since I'm nursing I get 15 extra points for the day, and I've been having a hard time using all of them! So here's to next week and hoping that the good news continues!

Finally!
Not too much going on here! I started taking an online class for my Master's in Business Administration. I hate to say it, but the real reason I started was to keep my student loans deferred longer. But so far I am enjoying the class, even though it's really hard to do the school work with my little guy needing all my attention. So I really don't do anything with it unless Matt is home to watch Victor. Even then I still have to stop what I'm doing every 1 1/2-2 hours in order to nurse him and get him to take naps, etc. Oh well, so far it's working and hopefully it gets easier as I get into it more and get more used to school again. I also joined a group called Mothers and More. We have an official meeting once a month and also meet several times for playgroups and Moms Night Out and such. Hopefully we'll have a 2nd car soon and then I won't have to get rides from everyone all the time!!
I Finally got him smiling on camera!! How cute is he?!?He is getting really good at sitting. Of course, not all by himself, but he can for a few seconds. He gets really mad when you lay him down cause he HAS to be able to see what's going on.

My big guy. At 3 months he's over 16lbs now and about 25 inches long. I'm not sure exactly, since our next pedi appt isn't till next month. We just get on our scale here at home with him. He was 16.6 lbs last time we weighed him. A week before he was 3 months we had to switch him to size 3 diapers cause he pooped all over out of his diaper, a couple of times before we got the memo, lol.
